Return Policy

Returns & Damages

I. We don’t generally accept returns, but please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase - we want to make sure you are pleased.

II. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging - some shipping carriers require original packaging as evidence for refunds.

III. To initiate a return, please e-mail us at inquiry@studiojonathansherman.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
